President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived at the Presidential Administration in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, to participate in the 11th Summit of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States.

President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov welcomed President Ilham Aliyev along with other heads of state and government.
