On April 28, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Javier Colomina, Deputy Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs and Security Policy and NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia, Report informs citing the presidential press service.
