Russian Ambassador: Issue of defining Azerbaijani-Armenian border on agenda

"I believe that the meeting of the Russian-Azerbaijani Expert Council and its results will contribute to the further development of relations between our countries," Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhail Bocharnikov said at a meeting of the Russian-Azerbaijani Expert Council in Baku on November 19, Report informs.

Emphasizing the importance of the further deepening of cooperation between two nations, the ambassador stressed that expert opinion is critical in bilateral relations: "The development of relationships and friendly ties allow ensuring stability and security in the region."

The Russian ambassador said that the reconstruction of transport and communications is underway under the leadership of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev:

"The 3 + 3 format is essential. The issues of demilitarization and demarcation are on the agenda."
