Samad Seyidov lashes out at PACE

"By talking about the conflict that has already been resolved, PACE is once again showing that it has misjudged the real situation," the head of the Azerbaijani delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Samad Seyidov, said during the discussion of a draft resolution on monitoring procedures at the winter session of the organization, the French bureau of Report informs.

"Almost all members of the assembly have already raised this issue at the session. We must talk about the real situation today. The PACE is still talking about the Karabakh conflict. However, the conflict has been resolved. There is no such conflict anymore. By including in the resolution the conflict that does not exist anymore, the assembly is demonstrating how far it is from the reality,” he added.
