“United Cities and Local Governments of Africa (UCLG Africa) is actively cooperating with the State Agency for Citizen Services and Social Innovation under the President of Azerbaijan,” the head of the African Local Government Academy (ALGA) Najat Zarrouk told reporters, Report informs.
