F1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix: First free practice ends with Verstappen leading

The first free practice at the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix in Baku has concluded.

According to Report, Red Bull driver Max Verstappen finished first.

Lewis Hamilton from Mercedes secured second place, while Verstappen’s teammate Sergio Perez took third.

Today, the second practice in Formula 1 and the qualifying round in Formula 2 will take place. Enzo Fittipaldi from Van Amersfoort Racing recorded the best time in the Formula 2 free practice.

The Azerbaijan Grand Prix will conclude on September 15.

Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix has kicked off in Baku.

According to Report, the free practice started at 13:30 (GMT+4).

The second free practice in Formula 1 and the qualifying round in Formula 2 will also take place today.

Enzo Fittipaldi from Van Amersfoort Racing showed the best result in Formula 2 free practice. The Azerbaijan Grand Prix ends on September 15.
