Azerbaijan confirms 19 new COVID-19 cases

Azerbaijan recorded 19 new coronavirus cases and no deaths over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

Meanwhile, 24 people recovered from the infection.

Overall, the country has reported 831,678 cases of infection, 821,324 recoveries, and 10,268 deaths. At present, 86 people are receiving treatment.

Over the past day, 1,396 tests were performed to identify new infections, and a total of 7,606,257 tests have been performed since the start of the pandemic.

At the same time, 100 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today. Thus, the total number of vaccinated people reached 13,963,300.
