Azerbaijan’s vaccination statistics for June 16 

Some 23 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

The number of those who got their first jab was four today, while no one got their second dose of the vaccine. As many as 18 people got immunized with three or more doses of a COVID vaccine. The number of those vaccinated with a booster dose after the positive result was 1.

To date, 13,748,483 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the population in Azerbaijan. Of these, 5,351,549 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,851,520 have been double jabbed.

As of today, 3,297,682 people have received a booster dose of coronavirus vaccines in Azerbaijan.

As many as 247,732 people have got the booster dose after recovering from COVID-19.
