Number of people vaccinated in Azerbaijan disclosed

Some 1,668 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

The number of those who got their first jab reached 273 today, while 197 got their second dose of the vaccine. As many as 1,076 people got immunized with three or more doses of a COVID vaccine. The number of those vaccinated with a booster dose after the positive result has reached 122.

To date, 13,746,614 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the population in Azerbaijan. Of these, 5,351,241 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,851,252 have been double jabbed.

As of today, 3,296,504 people have received a booster dose of coronavirus vaccines in Azerbaijan.

As many as 247,617 people have got the booster dose after recovering from COVID-19.
