Number of people vaccinated in Azerbaijan announced

Some 33,482 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

The number of people who got their first jab was 3,594 today, while 4,457 people got their second dose of the vaccine. As many as 25,431 people got immunized with the third (booster) dose of a COVID vaccine.

To date, 11,407,447 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the people in Azerbaijan. Of this, 5,175,536 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,684,670 got both doses.

As of today, 1,547,241 people have received a booster dose of coronavirus vaccines in Azerbaijan.
