Azerbaijan's AI-driven startup Farm Forward clinched the third spot at the highly competitive "Caucasus and Central Asia 2024" hackathon held in Astana, Kazakhstan. The event, organized in collaboration with tech giant Google, brought together over 120 participants from seven countries to showcase their innovative solutions under the theme "Create Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Development!"
Altun Tarverdiev, the visionary founder of Farm Forward, was honored by the hackathon organizers for his startup's remarkable achievement.
The hackathon's final stage featured 21 outstanding startups, with the top three teams awarded cash prizes, incubation support, and invaluable opportunities to collaborate with global technology firms.
Azerbaijan's delegation to the event was led by Samir Mammadov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport. During the visit, Mammadov held productive meetings with Olga Skorokhodova, Vice President of Google, and Kanysh Tuleushin, Deputy Minister of Digital Development of Kazakhstan.
