Twitter is considering the introduction of several paid services, Report informs, referring to Bloomberg.
One of the options the company is considering is a paid subscription to Tweetdeck (a tool for viewing multiple Twitter feeds).
Besides, the social network administration is discussing the introduction of the function of exclusive paid content. In this case, users will restrict access to some of the published tweets: hidden entries will be available only to those with a paid account subscription.
Other possible paid innovations are account analytics, viewing the feed without ads, and access to higher quality videos.
The goal of the planned changes is to reduce the company’s dependence on advertising.
