A measure of restraint in the form of arrest for the Armenian saboteur detained in Kalbajar was chosen, Report informs, citing the Press Service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
On August 16, the Prosecutor General's Office initiated a criminal case regarding the violation of the state border of Azerbaijan by the intelligence-sabotage group of the Armenian Armed Forces in order to carry out terrorist-sabotage operations in the part of the Azerbaijan-Armenia state border passing through the territory of Kalbajar district.
Voskanyan Gagik Ashotovich, a member of the reconnaissance-sabotage group of the Armenian armed forces, was charged with the offense of Articles 206.3.2, 214.2.1, 214.2.3, 228.2.1, 283.2.1 and 318.2 of the Criminal Code and a measure of restraint in the form of arrest was chosen for him by the court's decision.
