One more foreigner fighting for Armenia in Karabakh facing trial

The preliminary investigation into the criminal case against Dubakov Eduard Sergeyevich, a Russian citizen involved in the fighting in Karabakh from the Armenian side, has been completed.

According to Report, the case was sent to the Baku Court of Grave Crimes for consideration.

It was handed over to Judge Samir Aliyev, and the date of the trial is yet to be made public.

The criminal case was launched against Russian citizen Dubakov Eduard Sergeyevich under Articles 214-3.1 (terrorism, terrorist financing), 218.2 (involvement in a criminal association (organization), as well as in the association of organizers, leaders, or other representatives of organized groups), and 318.2 (Illegal crossing of the state border of the Republic of Azerbaijan) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.

The Sabail District Court has chosen a measure of arrest regarding Dubakov.
