Aydin Karimov: 15 historical monuments have fully been restored in Shusha

The restoration and reconstruction of the city of Shusha is carried out without damaging its historical appearance, and 15 historical monuments have been fully restored here, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Shusha district, Aydin Karimov said at a panel on 'Importance of modern urban planning and energy efficiency – Shusha model,' Report informs.

"There are 12 main quarters in Shusha. Special resort areas have been allocated for mixed, commercial, and tourists. The construction of 1, 2, and 5-story buildings has also started in the city. State buildings and social buildings are also being built. A residential complex consisting of 23 buildings is ready in the southern residential area. The gas supply to the buildings is nearing completion and will be connected to the heating system by the end of this year," Karimov said.
