Azerbaijan, Slovakia exchange views on water resources management

Within the framework of COP29, Chairman of the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency Zaur Mikayilov met with Tomas Taraba, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Environment of Slovakia, and Ambassador of Slovakia to Azerbaijan Milan Lajciak, Report informs.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on environmental protection, ecological sustainability, and water resources management.

Additionally, concrete steps for collaboration were determined in the areas of sustainable water resource management and environmental protection.
