Deputy minister: Türkiye has created strong technological system over past 20 years

Over the past 20 years, Türkiye has managed to create a very successful, well-developed technology ecosystem, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology, Zekeriya Costu, said at the InMerge Innovation Summit in Baku, Report informs.

The deputy minister said that 20 years ago, the technological ecosystem in Turkiye was non-existent: "Over 100 technology parks have been built in Türkiye and thousands of startups and technology companies have been established. Thanks to these steps, the country has a strong technological system."

He said that even better results will be achieved in the mentioned field in the future: "The main point for this is to create educational opportunities in the country and conditions for the talented personnel to stay in the country."
