"Karabakh is Azerbaijan!" billboards were installed on highways in Houston and Dallas, Texas, on the initiative of Director of Azerbaijan Center and President of Houston-Baku Sister City Association (HBSCA) Irada Akhundova and Professor of the University of Texas Jamila Javadova-Spitzberg.
Report's special correspondent informs that the boards were designed by renowned American designer Mary Gibson.
"The plaques are dedicated to the historic victory in the Second Karabakh War and the restoration of our country's territorial integrity. They are a symbolic representation of our victory over the enemy," Akhundova said.
Although representatives of the Armenian Diaspora in Houston complained and tried to remove the billboards, their attempts, as always, failed.
