Head of the British travel club Piki Reels, Yves Bouvier, in a conversation with journalists, has expressed gratitude to Azerbaijan for the opportunity to visit the liberated territories, Report informs.

Bouvier noted that compared to his previous visit to Karabakh, the region has changed significantly for the better.

"The last time I was in Shusha was in 2022, when there were still traces of numerous destructions, but today I am very impressed by the scale and quality of construction. After Shusha city, we visited Aghdam, where I also saw many changes," he said.

Bouvier noted that the transformation of Karabakh greatly impressed him.

"I applaud the Azerbaijani authorities for their efforts to ensure that internally displaced persons can return to their homes as soon as possible," he added.
