Agdam is heavily contaminated with mines, which is a crime against humanity, Report informs, citing the director of the Center for Public Liberties and Human Rights of the Al Jazeera Media Network, Sami Al-Haj, as saying in Aghdam.

According to him, such actions are prohibited at the international level.

"Today we arrived in Aghdam to witness the work carried out by Azerbaijan to clear these territories from mines, so that later IDPs could return here," Sami Al-Haj said.

Today, participants in the international conference "Humanitarian demining and sustainable development goals" arrived in Aghdam, liberated from the Armenian occupation.
