Internal Troops’ sergeant martyred in Shusha battles

The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has released information about martyred sergeant of the Internal Troops Valiyev Ramazan Hilal.

Report informs that, R.Valiyev, born in the Republic of Turkmenistan, was martyred in the battles in the direction of Shusha.
