The training program of the 10th group of Report Media School operating at the Report Information Agency has been completed, and the graduates were awarded certificates.

The agency presented certificates to 9 journalists who prepared news, interviews, reports, research articles, videos, and photo reports, learned the secrets of journalism and participated in monitoring and surveys.

Director of the Report Information Agency Fuad Huseynaliyev expressed hope that the training course would be helpful for graduates:

"I must say that this group is very active. A journalist should be like that, someone who is silent and does not move can never advance in our profession. I am confident that you will be able to build a successful career. It is excellent that you are active, able to argue, think, and not be afraid of anything. I am delighted that we have such young people."

The head of the Report Media School, trainer Ismayil Rafigoglu, said that the group members were working at an intensive pace:

"The 10th group of Report Media School was remembered for its quite productive activities. During the training, we had memorable meetings with well-known journalist Asgar Alioglu, radio and television presenter Javid Osmanov, TV presenter Azer Suleymanli, head of the Media Development Agency (MEDIA), historian, writer-publicist Natig Mammadli, and coryphaeus writer Seyran Sakhavat. The meeting with the rector of Teleradio Academy of Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting CJSC Telli Panahgizi and her teaching staff was beneficial."

The trainer said that a new film about Report Media School has been made:

"Sadig Aliverdibeyli, a graduate of Report Media School, made a film about the teaching process and the training attended by the 10th group."

Rafigoglu noted that the students joined a number of events and meetings:

"Students were able to cope with the requirement to write news on each occasion and meeting. They tried their hand at post-match interviews and storytelling, along with supporting the Report Fuzuli team's mini-football Victory Cup matches among journalists and watched the report-concert "Color of Music" held at the National Conservatory, the performances "Golden Wedding" and "French Garner" at the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater. An amazing master class for young activists working in the public sphere was organized at Report Media School within the project "Improving media and PR skills of NGO employees" implemented with the support of the State Support Agency for NGOs and organized by Ireli Public Union.

Report Media School was launched in June 2018. The purpose of the Media School is to train professionals in the media sector in Azerbaijan, to convey to young journalists the current trends in world media, to reveal the potential of those who are interested in journalism and want to work in this sector, to increase practical knowledge and skills. So far, dozens of young people have graduated from Report Media School. These young people work in various media outlets in the country.
