Meeting with foreign journalists held at Media Development Agency

A meeting was held with the representatives of the influential media organizations of Great Britain, Albania, and Georgia at the Media Development Agency (MEDIA) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing MEDIA.

Alpaslan Duven, representative of Daily Mail, Daily Star, and European Press Agency platforms of Great Britain, Anisa Bahiti, representative of digital platform "infowebmedia" of Albania, and Avtandil Otinashvili, representative of news sites "geodigest.ge" and "newsday.ge" of Georgia attended the meeting.

Foreign journalists were told about the reforms carried out in the field of media in Azerbaijan, the nature and scope of multifaceted and complex measures taken in the direction of increasing the professionalism of journalists and the media literacy of society.

At the meeting, a wide range of ideas were exchanged on strengthening relations in the field of media, effective cooperation, and development prospects.
