Azerbaijani military to join international exercises in Türkiye

Azerbaijani servicemen will participate in the “Nusret-2024” international military exercises in Türkiye, according to the National Defense Ministry of Türkiye, Report informs.

The exercises will run from September 20 to 29 and will include the NATO Permanent Mine Countermeasures Task Group-2, with ships from Türkiye, Romania, Spain, Italy, and Greece, as well as the Black Sea Mine Countermeasures Service group, with ships from Türkiye, Bulgaria, and Romania.

In addition to Azerbaijan, 54 observers from countries including the US, Bahrain, the UAE, Brazil, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Morocco, France, Gabon, South Korea, Malta, Malaysia, Peru, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Jordan will also participate.
