At today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis, the draft law "On the cultural capital of Azerbaijan - Shusha" was discussed in the third reading.
According to Report, the draft law includes 15 articles.
Thus, Shusha City State Reserve is established within the administrative boundaries of Shusha, the cultural capital of Azerbaijan. The draft law submitted to the Parliament for discussion includes the main directions of the state policy in Shusha; legal regulation in the territory of Shusha and its protection zone; restoration, protection, study, use, and promotion of monuments; environmental protection; construction, architecture, and urban planning activities in Shusha; organization of transport; housing fund management; entrepreneurship, advertising, tourism, and other activities. It will also regulate the conduction of international events in Shusha and some other vital issues.
