Minister: Azerbaijan needs to allocate funds for restoration of liberated territories

First of all, we need to allocate the funds for the restoration of liberated territories, said Azerbaijan's Finance Minister Samir Sharifov, Report informs.

"We must direct funds to the return of our compatriots who were displaced from those areas, and the creation of employment opportunities for them. The protection of our borders is one of the most critical issues. With these priorities, other issues will prevail in budget planning and medium-term expenses. Funds will be allocated to other matters within the limits of the state budget and at the level that our income allows," he noted.
