Polish President Andrzej Duda, after talks with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, said that Warsaw would not transfer the promised MiG-29 fighters to Kyiv without receiving guarantees of protection of the Polish sky from the North Atlantic Alliance, Report informs via Pravda.
According to the president, until Poland has absolute guarantees, the authorities will not be able to transfer the aircraft to Ukraine, since the country needs them "to ensure security."
