The European Union (EU) is already preparing both the 13th and 14th package of sanctions against Russia, Tomáš Zdechovský, a member of the European Parliament from the Czech Republic, Report informs, citing Izvestia.
According to the politician, preparing new measures will not take long.
"They will be presented to the member countries soon," the MEP stressed.
Estonian politician Yana Toom added that the initiative to adopt new sanctions will most likely come mainly from the Baltic countries.
"However, the sanctions tool is not infinite. There is a limit to this somewhere, and it probably will come out soon," she told the newspaper.
