The current decisions of the chancellor and prime ministers of the federal states remain in force if this decree doesn’t provide for any changes. The changes include, in particular, the opening of hairdressing salons from March 1 - subject to the rules of hygiene. The decision to open schools remains with the federal states. Further steps to weaken the lockdown will only be taken if, within seven days, the number of new infection cases is consistently below 35 per 100,000 inhabitants.
