The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said they carried out air strikes this morning against several targets attributed to the pro-Iranian Shiite movement Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, on the border with the Jewish state, Report informs, citing foreign media sources.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the IDF explained that the targets hit included: two rocket launchers in the localities of Yaroun and Marwahin; two group sites in Dhayra and Yaroun; and two buildings used by Hezbollah in Houla and Blida.
The Israeli raids in southern Lebanon come in response to earlier attacks by Hezbollah against northern Israel.
