Poland inks contract to supply over 70 South Korean MLRS

Poland has agreed to supply 72 South Korean multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) and guided missiles for them, Deputy Minister of National Defense of Poland Pawel Bejda wrote on X, Report informs referring to Interfax.

“During the visit of the Polish delegation to South Korea, an executive contract was signed for the supply of 72 HOMAR-K launch modules (the Polish name for the South Korean K239 Chunmoo MLRS) and several thousand guided missiles,” he wrote.

“The acquired technologies will allow the use of 122-mm rocket ammunition produced by the Polish industry,” he added.
