Stoltenberg says there will be no peace in Ukraine until NATO membership

There will be no long-term peace in Ukraine until the country becomes a member of NATO, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, Report informs.

Stoltenberg noted that NATO member countries have not yet reached a consensus on inviting Ukraine to the alliance: "There can be no invitation until member countries agree. Absolute consensus is required for this."
