Report informs via Turkish media that the coastal city of Sinop, known for being the northernmost city in Türkiye, has been bearing the brunt of nature's fury. The wind speed in this area has consistently reached 37 km/h (23 mph) over the past few days, resulting in the formation of these towering waves.

As the storm continues to rage, international cargo ships have been forced to seek refuge in the southern part of the city's inner harbor, waiting for the rough weather to subside.
