Turkish president makes phone call to new NATO Secretary General

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan made a phone call to the new NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, according to Report, which cites the Communications Department of the Turkish Presidential Administration.

Erdogan congratulated Rutte on his new appointment.

Rutte will assume his duties in October, replacing Norway's Jens Stoltenberg.
