Ankara's relations with Brussels are not limited to joint projects, and the main goal for Turkiye remains full membership in the European Union, Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkiye and Permanent Representative of Ankara to the EU Faruk Kaymakci said, Report informs via Anadolu Agency.

According to Kaymakci, the civil society dialogue is very important from the point of view of developing relations between Turkiye and the European Union. He also stressed the importance of relations with the EU.

"Ankara's relations with Brussels are not limited to joint projects; Turkiye's main goal is full membership in the EU. During this period, Turkiye plans to expand cooperation with the EU in all areas, from the renewal of the Customs Union and the introduction of a visa-free regime, to security and defense. Turkiye will continue to act with all determination," he said.
