COVID-19: First batch of Sinovac vaccine arrives in Turkey

The first batch of Chinese Sinovac novel coronavirus vaccine has arrived in Turkey today, Report informs, citing Haber Turk. The plane with the vaccine has landed at the Istanbul airport.

The Turkish authorities earlier announced their readiness to purchase the Chinese Sinovac vaccine against coronavirus. Mass inoculation in Turkey is to begin shortly, with those at risk to be immunized in the first place.

Earlier it was reported that Azerbaijan would order a vaccine against coronavirus from Turkey for AZN 80 million.
