NATO members at a meeting on March 4 will discuss the introduction of a no-fly zone over Ukraine after the Russian attack on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, Report informs, Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares said this, Financial Times writes.

The paper draws attention to the fact that the night assault of Russian troops at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant prompted US President Joe Biden to once again call on Russia for an immediate ceasefire.

At the same time, he added that a positive decision on this matter remains unlikely.
