Minister: Yerevan will agree to EU's new long-term monitoring mission to Armenia

Yerevan will respond positively to the possible decision of the European Union to send a new long-term monitoring mission to Armenia, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan said in his speech at the parliament, Report informs via Sputnik Armenia.

He said that Armenia is ready for broad and constructive cooperation with observers.

The minister also appreciated the activity of the previous mission and said that it helped prevent the growing tension on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
