Moscow Mayor signs decree providing for payments to mobilized citizens

Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin signed a decree on additional social guarantees for mobilized Russian citizens, Report informs via Russian media.

According to the document, mobilized Muscovites will receive additional monthly payments of 50,000 rubles.

Besides, foreign citizens who have entered into contracts for military service will receive the same benefits as the Russians.
