Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, after a conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, came to the conclusion that he was misinformed about the Iskander missiles, and his statement didn’t concern the content and quality of the Armenian-Russian allied relations in the field of military and military-industrial cooperation, Report informs, referring to RIA Novosti.

"During their recent telephone talks, the Armenian prime minister and the Russian president, among other issues, also discussed Pashinyan’s statement regarding the use of the Iskander missiles by Armenia," the press secretary of the prime minister Mane Gevorgyan told Armenpress.

By comparing the available facts and information, the Armenian prime minister came to the conclusion that he was misinformed about the situation.

Gevorgyan noted that the Armenian prime minister’s statement ‘has no connection with the content and quality of the Armenian-Russian allied relations in the field of military and military-technical cooperation.’

"There is also no doubt that Russian weapons are one of the best in the world," she added.
