Türkiye begins work on construction of roads and railways within Zangazur corridor

Türkiye has started working on the construction of the roads and railways planned under the Development Road Project and the Zangazur Corridor, the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure of Türkiye, Abdulkadir Uraloglu, said during his speech at the opening ceremony of the 74th meeting of regional managers of the General Directorate of Highways, Report informs with reference to Anadolu Agency.

The minister stated that new relations between Türkiye and Central Asia will be established through the Zangazur Corridor.

"We have already started work. Türkiye prefers integration into the international transport system," he added.
