Ukraine announces start of operation to liberate Luhansk

The liberation of the Luhansk oblast has begun and several settlements have already been freed, head of the Luhansk oblast military administration Serhiy Haidai said in a video message on Telegram.

"The de-occupation of the Luhansk oblast has already begun. Several settlements have already been freed from the Russian army," he said.
