Since the beginning of the war, the Russian army has systematically destroyed Ukraine's civilian infrastructure, said Ukrainian Interior Minister Denys Monastyrsky, Report informs.
"In Ukraine, the aggressor entirely or partially destroyed 3,500 infrastructure facilities, including 230 transport infrastructure, 165 facilities such as power substations and gas pipelines," he noted.
According to him, the destroyed facilities include the buildings of the State Emergency Service and the National Police.
"The number of ruined educational institutions is 72 and social enterprises 10. Twenty-one health facilities were damaged. The number of damaged residential buildings changes every day. More than 2,700 destroyed homes—other facilities - including the State Emergency Service and the National Police - number more than 400," he said.
