Hamid Hamidov: Working in journalism without enthusiasm -impossible

Being passionate about working in journalism is very important, the media director of Global Media Group, well-known journalist Hamid Hamidov, said at a meeting with students of Report Media School.

He emphasized that a journalist should be interested in his work: "Journalism is not just a profession. It is impossible to work in journalism without passion. If you do what you love, then you must have passion."

The media director noted that sometimes young journalists find it difficult to search for suitable news because they do not have relevant skills: "At the beginning of your journalist career, you are looking for information, but after becoming a professional, information will find you. Today's journalists sometimes find it hard to prepare news in a simple style. It isn't very easy to understand their writings. It should be noted that any news should be written in an understandable language."
